Step 1 : Restart Quickbooks and computer

  • Exit QuickBooks( on top right corner click on  File> Exit )
  • Restart the computer
  • Open QuickBooks and Check if you are able to fix Quickbooks Email Invoice Error
  • if not move to next step

Step 2 : Check if E-mail preference settings are configured correctly

  • Go to Edit> Preference> Send Forms.
  • Make sure the settings are correct according to your email service provider

Step 3 : Reset Internet Properties

  • Exit QuickBooks( on top right corner click on  File> Exit )
  • Press Windows button on left bottom corner of keyboard and along with it press the letter R
  • Now you will see RUN box type “ inetcpl.cpl ” and hit enter
  • Internet Properties would open doing this step
  • Reset Internet settings
  • Open QuickBooks and Check if the issue is fixed
